At Transform, we believe that real change happens through genuine relationships, and one of the best places to build those is in a Life Group.
Life Groups at Transform offer a relaxed and supportive environment where you can connect, grow in faith, and share life with others. Inspired by the way Jesus gathered with His disciples, these small groups meet to learn, share, and encourage one another. They are a central part of the church’s community life. While Sunday services provide a space to gather and hear from God, it is within Life Groups that deeper connections are formed and lasting relationships are built.
Life groups run during each school term, starting and finishing four times a year. Each term kicks off with online sign-ups, and there are groups for all ages and life stages meeting at different times, on different days, and in various locations.
